Grigoris Maros

Grigoris Maros is the Head of AI Enablement & Digital Platforms at PeopleCert, where he leads the strategy for Artificial Intelligence adoption and the integration of the organization's enterprise digital platforms. In his role, he focuses on bridging technology with real business needs, ensuring that investments in AI and digital platforms translate into measurable business value.

He has extensive experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise technology ecosystems, including Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Sitecore solutions, as well as AI applications, contributing to the digital transformation of organizations and the creation of modern, agile digital environments.

His work centers on establishing frameworks for AI utilization, empowering teams to build and leverage digital solutions within the organization, and shaping organizations capable of effectively integrating AI solutions into their business operations.

Previously, he has led technology teams and contributed to digital transformation and business process automation projects across various organizations and industries.

He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning from the University of West Attica. Currently, he is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), further enhancing his strategic and leadership skills.
