Lambrini Stathonikou is a highly accomplished global technology executive, specializing in digital strategy, IT governance, and large-scale portfolio management. As the Group IT Director for Sarantis Group, she is responsible for driving the multinational company's global technology transformation, focusing on the consolidation of advanced tech solutions to fuel enterprise-wide digital evolution.

With a robust career spanning over two decades in Greece, the Netherlands, and Canada, Lambrini has designed and overseen complex technological strategies for major global enterprises. Prior to Sarantis Group, she served as Chief Information Officer at Leviat and IT Director at CRH, where she successfully led fragmented IT teams toward common strategic goals, delivering crucial Target Operating Model changes and synergies. Her extensive background also includes a 14-year tenure in senior global IT leadership roles at Mattel, Inc., leading corporate IT initiatives and Oracle Centers of Excellence, as well as foundational enterprise consulting experience at Deloitte and EY.

By building capable and highly experienced cross-functional teams, she has a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT operations across ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, and AI/ML domains.
