Dimitris Karystinos

Dimitris Karystinos is a senior IT executive with more than 20 years of experience in Data Management, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, delivering complex, mission-critical projects across the EMEA region.

As the Head of the AI and Data Analytics Department at Uni Systems, he has led strategic initiatives for financial institutions, telecommunications providers, insurance organizations, and public sector entities, helping organizations leverage data and emerging technologies to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Dimitris specializes in designing and implementing scalable, data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and create measurable business value. Recently, he has also been actively involved in Synthesis.ai, Uni Systems’ Enterprise AI & Transformation Competence Center, supporting the adoption of Agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions.
